Master Site Planning Update and Meeting



We are halfway through our stakeholder meeting process. To date we have met with:

  • OC Fair & Event Center Board of Director
  • Internal stakeholders, OC Fair & Event Center managers and supervisors along with a full outreach to all staff with a questionnaire
  • Our on-grounds partners


In May and June we are working toward completing the rest of the stakeholder meetings with:

  • Our community partners
  • Our on-grounds facility vendors
  • The public and community at large a meeting is planned for Monday, June 5, 6-9 p.m.



The OC Fair & Event Center is in the early stages of research and development of a 10-year Master Site Plan. We value all our communities and neighbors and want your input.

The community is invited to share thoughts, vision and ideas as OC Fair & Event Center embarks on the development of a 10-Year Master Site Plan.

When: Monday, June 5, 6-9 p.m.
Where: Administration Building at OC Fair & Event Center
